Perry County Recognizes March as Developmental Disabilities Month

The Perry County Board of Commissioners proclaimed the month of March to be Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month. David Couch, Superintendent of the Perry County Board of Developmental Disabilities shared this year’s theme for the month: All Means All, focusing on ALL ABILITIES, ALL VOICES, ALL OF US.

In David’s announcement of the theme, he says, “Together, we can create a more inclusive Perry County where people with disabilities live in a Community Without Barriers and have opportunities to exercise control over their own lives in their own communities.”
