The Perry County Chamber of Commerce hosted their annual Groundhog Day Breakfast at Sheridan High School on February 2nd. An excellent opportunity to meet and talk with local officials and community members!
Local business awards were presented and form OSU and professional NFL player Roy Hall, Jr. was the featured motivational speaker. He shared a succinct and meaningful reminder about the importance of working together for the common good.

Ben Carpenter has served as one of three Perry County Ohio Commissioners since 2016. A former director of Perry County's Soil & Water District, Ben champions responsible use of county funds and land. He and his wife Katrina live on Ben's original family farm just outside Somerset, Ohio where they raise grass-fed Black Angus and Longhorn cattle.
